Once your order is placed, you will have 60 minutes to cancel. You can cancel your order using the link in your confirmation email or by logging into your account and selecting 'My Account.’ If you do not cancel within the 60 minutes, your order will be processed and shipped. At this time, you cannot make any other changes to the order. If something is incorrect, we suggest you cancel and place a new one.
If you missed the cancellation window you can of course return your order for a full refund. We do not offer exchanges so you will return the order and receive a refund.
