What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
We offer free UPS ground shipping on orders over $75 to the 48 contiguous United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, we ship using UPS 2nd Day for a flat shipping cost of $40 USD.
Do you want your boots even faster? For a charge you can select a different shipping option at checkout (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). Our shipping options are:
Home Delivery or UPS Pickup Point
- Standard - $0.00 - (Estimated to arrive in 5-7 business days)
- Faster - $30.00 - (Estimated to arrive in 3-4 business days)
- Urgent - $75.00 - (Estimated to arrive in 1-2 business days)
Please note actual delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary by zip code. Orders received on Fridays will not ship until the following Monday.
If you are using UPS access point, you will have 7 days to pick up your package. Please make sure you have a government issued ID. See here for valid ID options. UPS Access Point Shipping Information

When will my items ship?
With our free shipping option (Standard), you should receive your order within 5-7 business days. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, we ship using UPS 2nd Day

Do you ship outside of the USA?
We provide shipping options to the 50 United States. We do not ship to U.S. Territories; American Samoa, Bajo Nuevo Bank, Baker Island, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Northern Mariana Islands, Palmyra, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.
Shipping to PO, APO, FPO addresses
At this time we do not ship to PO, APO, or FPO addresses. If you place an order with one of these addresses it will not ship and will cause delays in our refund/new order process.
However, we do offer UPS Access point pickups around the United States, allowing you to collect your package locally.
