At Blundstone we pride ourselves on the quality and durability of our boots and accessories. We stand by our products and have been doing so since 1870.
Our warranty is not applicable if you use or have used the products in a way which causes or has caused damage to them beyond normal wear and tears. Exclusions from our warranty include but are not limited to:
- Products purchased more than 2 years ago.

Wear and Tear - “defects” or markings that come from general wear and tear are not covered. This can include:

- Scuffs
- Scratches
- Stains
- Discoloration/markings from lack of care/leather treatment

- Unusual use/ User error– Anything the customer has done with or to the boots that results in a defect. This would include exposing the product to caustic materials that may cause the product to break down.
- Air Bubbles within the soles are not covered, as it is a natural feature of the boots from the use of the liquid injection molding.
- Insoles, Elastics, and Pull Tabs are not covered for full replacements. We can provide these upon request but they are subject to availability.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the US Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you believe the footwear or accessories you have purchased, directly from Blundstone USA or from one of our approved resellers in the USA, contains a manufacturing fault and wish to make a claim, please do so by completing the warranty form below. If we determine, following an assessment, that the product contains a manufacturing fault, we will replace the product.
Our team will review all warranty claims within 5 business days. Please be mindful that while we make all attempts to follow up on claims within this timeframe, there may be peak periods that result in additional delays. If you do not hear back within 5 business days, please know we are working hard to provide a thorough assessment. We appreciate your support and patience.
