We offer free returns for purchases returned within 30 days of the date of purchase / order. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Simply send the boots back to us in their original unworn condition. When you try them on, please do it on carpet. If items are returned damaged or worn, they are subject to be sent back with no refund provided.
Normally, it takes 8 business days after your return has arrived for our team to process your return and refund. However, during peak months this timeframe may vary.
Due to varying processing times by financial institutions, it might take an additional 10 business days for the refunded credit amount to appear in your account.
During the Holiday season, our standard return policy still applies. Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase/order for a full refund, provided they are unworn and in original packaging.
For purchases made between November 26, 2025, and December 5, 2025, we’re offering extended holiday returns. These orders can be returned through January 5, 2026 to give you (and your gift recipients) extra time.
Please note:
- Items purchased during the Holiday Sale are eligible for return, but exchanges are not available.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
As we do not offer exchanges on our site, for a purchase of boots during the sale period that is returned, a coupon will be automatically sent to the email associated with the order. This will ensure the sale discount is honored on a future purchase.
