Choosing the right size is easy with True Fit, our personalized sizing tool available on every product page. True Fit uses information about your feet and the shoes you already wear to recommend the Blundstone size that's most likely to fit you comfortably.
Where can I find True Fit?
On any product page, you'll see the "Find My Size" or "True Fit" button located near the size selection.
Click the button to launch the True Fit sizing tool.
How does True Fit work?
True Fit creates a personalized size recommendation based on information you provide, including:
- Your height and weight
- Your age
- The shape of your feet
- Brands and shoe sizes you currently wear
- How you prefer your footwear to fit (snug or roomy)
Using this information, True Fit compares your profile to millions of fitting data points to recommend the Blundstone size that's likely to provide your best fit.
Is True Fit more accurate than using a size chart?
For many customers, yes.
While our size chart is a great reference, True Fit considers much more than your shoe size alone. It also takes into account how different footwear brands fit and your personal fit preferences.
If you're unsure which size to order, we recommend using the True Fit recommendation.
What if I already own a pair of Blundstones?
If you already own a pair that fits well, we generally recommend ordering the same US size.
Keep in mind that some Blundstone series fit slightly differently. For example:
- Classics have a slightly roomier fit and include an extra footbed for adjusting fit.
- Dress Series styles have a slightly longer, sleeker fit than our other collections.
- Women's Heels, Women's High Tops, and other specialty styles may fit differently than our unisex boots.
True Fit will consider the specific style you're viewing when making its recommendation.
What if True Fit recommends a different size than I expected?
Don't worry—that can happen.
True Fit considers how different footwear brands fit, not just the size printed on the box. It's common for customers to wear different sizes across different brands.
If True Fit recommends a different size than you normally wear, we recommend following its suggestion.
What if I'm between sizes?
Blundstone sizing works a little differently than many other footwear brands.
- Half sizes provide additional width, but not additional length.
- If you need a wider fit, a half size may be the best option.
- If you need more length, you'll typically need to move up to the next full size.
If you're still unsure, True Fit can help determine which size is most appropriate for your foot shape and fit preferences.
Can I still use the Size Guide?
Absolutely.
Our Size Guide and True Fit are designed to work together.
- Use the Size Guide if you already know your Blundstone size or want to compare US and AU/UK sizing.
- Use True Fit if you're buying your first pair, wear different sizes across brands, or want a personalized recommendation.
Tips for the best fit
When trying on your new Blundstone boots:
- Wear the socks you plan to wear most often.
- Try your boots on while standing.
- Test them indoors on a clean, carpeted surface until you're sure they're the right fit.
- Your heel may have a slight amount of movement when the boots are new—this is normal.
- Blundstone boots will stretch slightly across the instep with wear, but they will not stretch in length.
